Donate to the Club

Gilbert Model Railroad Club (GMRC) is a member-owned and operated non-profit social club. We rely on membership dues and public donations to sustain our operations. These contributions allow us to continue maintaining and improving the railroad that has brought joy to so many over the years.

We are happy to accept donations of model trains, related equipment, or other items that could benefit the club. Donations may be incorporated into our layouts, reserved for future use, or sold (for club benefit) on the secondary market if we determine they cannot be used directly.

Please note that, as a 501c(7) organization, donations are not tax-deductible, and we are unable to issue receipts. Those wishing to make cash donations, we ask that make it to our gracious host the HDSouth Museum. Thank you again for your support and consideration.
